Philips Television Problems but We Cannot Find a Solution

It's insane that we spend so much money on a TV and then can't even get a proper response from the service. 20,000 Turkish Liras is no joke, and we expect some kind of support from the company. Ridiculous that we're just left hanging like this. What happened to customer service these days? It's like companies don't care about keeping their customers happy anymore. All they want is our money and once they have it, they couldn't care less about our problems. I mean, what's the point of paying so much for a high-end TV if we can't even get a decent response from the service? It's just not acceptable. And it's not just this one company, it seems like a lot of them are just indifferent to their customers. I guess we'll have to look for other brands in the future, because after this experience, I can say goodbye to Philips. It's not worth it to go through this kind of frustration just to have their logo on my TV.
