I Wish I Had Not Bought That Philips TV
I purchased a Philips TV approximately two months ago, only to notice screen defects a few days later. Seeking a return, I approached Güven Elektronik Philips service in Efeler/Aydın. Despite explaining the issue, they dismissed it, claiming no problems with the TV. Two months later, after a series of phone calls, the service visited my home. They claimed to have fixed the issue by hitting the screen. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and the desire to return the TV, I faced insults and humiliation. Upon requesting a service form, they initially attempted to fill out the wrong form. When contested, they left without resolving the issue, stating, 'Complain wherever you want.' After this incident, I contacted Philips headquarters, and despite acknowledging the insults, they advised me to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. In summary, Philips sold me a faulty TV, and when I sought my rights, I faced insults without any effort to ensure customer satisfaction.
