Philips Authorized Service Center Charging Unfair Amounts for TV Repair

I recently called the Philips Authorized Service because my Philips 65-inch TV wouldn't turn on. The next day, they came to get the TV, but when they gave it back, they said the screen was broken and charged me a crazy 17 thousand TL to fix it. We hadn't broken the TV, and they had told us before that the motherboard had burned out and would cost 3200 liras to replace. We told Philips customer service about our problem, but they haven't fixed it yet. We were hurt by an earthquake and have been through enough trouble. This is not okay, and if we have to, we are ready to go to court. We want Philips to fix our problem right away.
