Extended Delays And Poor Service in Philips TV Warranty Repair
I sent my Philips television to Gebze Yücel Elektronik, the authorized service center, on July 27, 2023, for warranty repair. Unfortunately, as of today, my television has not been returned to me, with the service center citing a two-month delay in receiving spare parts. Several times during this time, I contacted Philips Turkey's television department, only to be redirected to the authorized service center. Frustrated and aware of my legal rights, I began requesting a replacement device after more than 20 business days had passed. The technical service, on the other hand, has repeatedly refused to provide a new television in favor of "repairing and returning" the existing one. I contacted the service center on Wednesday last week, and they assured me that the device would be delivered on Friday. As a result, I took a day off work to await the delivery. Unfortunately, they did not keep their word. When I called again, they rescheduled the delivery for Saturday. This situation not only violates our legal rights but has also caused me considerable distress for over two months. I urgently request that this problem be resolved, either through the prompt repair and return of my device or the provision of a new one.
