Philips PUS 7502/12 Android TV Screen Exploded For No Reason

57

5 years ago, after conducting extensive research and trusting in Philips' quality, I purchased a Philips PUS 7502/12 model television. Yesterday morning, while watching TV with my child, it suddenly stopped working. There is no power, even though it's connected to a grounded socket, and the voltage levels remain stable, as there's no issue with other connected electronic devices. Is the typical lifespan of these televisions just 5 years? Or is this considered normal wear and tear after the warranty period? Is this what Philips quality stands for? Now, am I expected to go out and buy another TV for 25-30 thousand TL? By that time, my child might have also outgrown the television.
