Philips Earthquake Zone-Specific Exorbitant Pricing
During the big earthquake on February 6, 2023, my Philips 49PUS7503/12 model TV fell to the ground and broke its screen. I don't know what else is wrong with him. When I called Malatya Philips's technical service, I was told that this model's (ten thousand) panel fee is 10,000 TL. He said it was true. From what I've found on different online shopping sites, the most expensive version of this model costs between 10,000TL and 14,000TL. I saw that the band said it was sold. Does Philips charge technical services a lot of money for the spare parts it brings to our country? Or are the prices for technical services way too high? This kind of damage was caused by earthquakes, malfunctions, etc. in the earthquake zone. We are waiting for the problem to be solved by following Philips's work, but not by charging a lot of money.
