Philips HD 7459/20 Coffee Jug Cracked While Washing

I bought the Philips HD 7459/20 coffee machine from an authorized Hepsiburada dealer in March 2023. The carafe broke while washing without even dropping it. Even if there is no stock of the jug, why should I pay 520 TL for a jug that will break immediately? The machine is already 1500 TL. I call Philips, they cannot help. I call Hepsiburada and they cannot help. It is a joke. I demand that the glass jug be provided to me. Because if you are making a jug that will break in 2 months due to the temperature effect, please don't get into the coffee machine business. I get that stuff can go wrong sometimes, but it's up to Philips to fix it and make things right. There is obviously something missing here. If you care about your business, it's on you.
