Philips HR2546/00 Daily Collection ProMix Hand Blender Broke Down
On November 14, 2022, I purchased a Philips HR2546/00 Daily Collection ProMix Hand Blender through the Morhipo website. I have been using the product for the last month. The product suddenly broke down during use. I took the product to the authorized service in Tekirdağ Çorlu. After 3 days, the service called me and told me that the product could not be repaired and gave me a report. He said that I could apply to the company I bought with the report and request an exchange or refund. When I contacted Morhipo, they said they could not exchange the product. Then I called Philips home appliances customer service and they said they could not help me either. Although I have the legal right to demand an exchange, both the Morhipo sales site and the Philips authorized service do not meet my exchange request, even though they are jointly responsible. The authorized service keeps throwing the ball to the dealer company, which keeps throwing the ball to Philips customer service. They keep saying that their procedures are not suitable for exchange. Are your procedures above the law? Do your procedures exist to protect the customer or to crush them?
