Philips Teakettle Broke, Couldn't Get It Fixed

The Philips tea maker I bought at the Yalova Ozdilek Mall Teknosa store on 10/08/2023 broke down as soon as we got home and put the lid on. The next day, we went to Teknosa, explained the situation, and requested a refund or exchange, and they said they would send it for service. After 15 days, the service called, claiming it was a customer error, and the product, which fell apart without being used, was left in our hands like garbage. Exchange and return were not accepted, and they also asked for money. I do not forgive the money for the product we bought by trusting the brand. This is my last product from this brand. I would neither buy it myself nor recommend it to anyone else. If necessary, I will apply to the Consumer Court. What is being done is nothing more than ripping people off.
