Absurdly high Prices for Philips Coffeemaker Replacement Parts
The glass on my Philips hd7461 coffee maker broke recently, which was a bad thing. Last year, I bought the machine for 750, and a week after I bought it, the glass broke. I tried to replace the glass, but it was so expensive that I couldn't afford it. I couldn't believe that something so small could cost so much. I wonder if they want us to buy a new machine instead. I haven't fixed the broken glass yet, and I've been looking for a cheaper way to do it. During my search, I found other complaints about how crazy Philips' prices are for replacement parts, so I thought I'd share my own. Even though I can't use my coffee maker anymore, I hope that people who are thinking about buying one will read my complaint and change their minds. It's ridiculous that replacement parts cost so much more than they should.
