Philips Aqua Trio 9000 Vacuum Head Detached and I Was Asked to Pay
About a month ago, when I picked up my Philips Aqua Trio New 9000 Series upright vacuum to use, I noticed that the head had suddenly detached. For the head to come off in this way, it would normally require a strong impact or unusual interference, but no such incident occurred. This was the first time the problem happened. My product is still under warranty, and I have all the documents complete. I purchased it from the Nata Vega Vatan store. I contacted Philips customer service and the authorized service center to resolve the issue; however, instead of replacing the head under warranty, I was told 15 days ago that I would need to pay ₺7,500 and that they could not help me. I request that the head be replaced free of charge under the warranty.
