Philips Aqua Trio 9000 Vacuum Cleaner Brush Warranty Confusion
I bought a Philips Aqua Trio 9000 vacuum cleaner 10 months ago. Recently, the brush on the head has been falling off. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that the head needed to be replaced, but it was out of warranty. I discovered that only the motor of the vacuum cleaner is covered under warranty, despite the packaging stating a 2-year warranty.
This situation feels misleading, as Philips Turkey seems to be deceiving consumers regarding warranty coverage. I expected better support for a product that is still relatively new.
