On 06/04/2023, I purchased a Philips SpeedPro cordless upright vacuum from 'Tema Marketler Zinciri', but the rotating mechanism inside the bottom head has broken twice despite me paying for repairs each time. The service center claims that dust, hair, and similar debris accumulate around the mechanism, causing it to fail. The strange part is that even though I clean the brush every time I use it, the mechanism they mention is sealed inside and cannot be accessed for cleaning. Yet, they blame me and demand ₺800 for a replacement. Philips customer service also repeats the same excuse. I have already paid for two replacements, and now it has broken a third time. They are trying to push the cost of a chronic defect onto consumers, continuously charging me. I am frustrated with this product and Philips' lack of accountability. Photos are attached.
