Broken Remote for Philips PC8955/09 Model Vacuum and Exorbitant Repair Fees!

I purchased the Philips PC8955/09 model vacuum cleaner a year ago, but it began malfunctioning last month. The problem started when the motor had to be replaced. After the motor replacement, the remote control stopped working, so I took it to the Adiyaman Technical Electronics service center. I explained the situation and stated that the remote was operational prior to the motor replacement, but the service center refused to accept it. They created a new service record and kept me waiting for two weeks, only to charge me a whopping 2,200 TL for repairs. What is their reasoning? They claimed the hose needed to be replaced, which was not covered by the warranty. I emphasized that the hose had no user-related damage (dents, scratches, tears, or breaks) and that the problem stemmed from the remote control. Despite my efforts, they were uninterested in resolving the issue. Now, a product with a 10-year warranty has degraded into junk!
