We purchased the Philips Aqua Trio 9000 Series Cordless Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner XW9383/01 model 7 months ago. Despite using it regularly and performing the necessary maintenance, we noticed that the brush in the head was no longer spinning. A plastic part of the internal mechanism had broken. When I went to the service center about this, they said that the small part breaking was not covered by the warranty and that I had to buy a new head, which was priced at ₺3100. So now the head I have is basically useless. They provided no support and left me in a difficult situation regarding purchasing the head. It should be covered under warranty, but they don't even care.
