Philips 5447/90 Coffee Maker Not Working Properly

I bought a Philips 5447/90 fully automatic coffee maker from Media Markt in Denizli for 13,499 TL on March 23, 2023. After I plugged the machine in and chose what kind of coffee I wanted, it started making the coffee but then turned off by itself. The machine's box said that the phone number 08502227445 was for a guarantee of service at home. When I called the number, though, it sent me to 08502094409. I told the person who answered what was going on, and they told me that small appliances don't have in-home service. I told them that the machine cost 13,499 TL and that the box said there was in-home service, but they still said that there is no in-home service. Feniş, who works for the Denizli service, told me that they would come three days later. I wish I hadn't bought a Philips coffee maker, so you might want to think twice before buying one.
