My Philips Airfrey XXL Warranty Problem


I bought the Philips Airfrey from the Teknosa store about a month ago, and while my friends recommended Xiaomi, I went with Philips because I already own other Philips products. However, after only a few uses, the color of the chamber inside became discolored, despite the fact that it is machine washable. When I took the product to the service center, they told me that it was no longer covered under warranty. They said that if it had only been a week since my purchase, they could change it, but because it had been a month, they couldn't. That does not seem fair to me. I didn't spend a lot of money for it to fade in a week. I want them to fix this problem or I'll have to go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I'm very angry and disappointed. I put my trust in Philips, and now I regret it. I want a fast resolution, please.
