Philips Azur8050/20 Iron Malfuncted, Leaks Water, and Retailer Refuses To Refund
I purchased the Philips Azur8050/20 iron with high hopes, but my experience quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. After only two uses, the iron failed to heat up and started leaking water during the third attempt. I bought it from Teknosa, but their response was worse than all, they refused to accept a return, claiming there was nothing wrong with the product. They even had the audacity to suggest that this was how the iron was supposed to operate. Feeling let down, I reluctantly sent the iron back to the service center, hoping for a resolution. However, the issue persists, and I am left without a functioning iron. I did not purchase it at a discounted price due to defects. Yet, I find myself unable to use the iron while Philips holds onto my hard-earned money. this whole thing has been super stressful and such a pain. I implore Philips to rectify this ordeal and address my grievances promptly.
