Philips XXL Airfryer Melted the Lid in the First Week, Customer Service Did Not Help!
Within the first week of using my Philips XXL White Gold color Airfryer, the top cover began to melt. At first, I couldn't believe what I was seeing and quickly contacted customer support. The customer service department, on the other hand, did not provide any assistance beyond directing me to the service center. If I spend a significant amount of money on a product, I anticipate it to have a longer lifespan than simply one week. Because I have no other option, I will have to inquire about getting a refund or a replacement for the merchandise. I have high hopes that Philips will address this issue seriously and come up with a solution that is suitable.
