Philips 50PUS8505 TV Stopped Working After Update

After a software update, my Philips TV shut down and never turned back on. The product is the 50PUS8505 model, which I purchased in 2021. I was using it without any issues until the update, and I didn’t intervene in any way—it simply updated and failed. When I contacted the service center, they demanded a fee of ₺7,000–₺8,000. This amount is nearly the cost of a new TV, which makes the situation even more frustrating. It’s clear that a product that stops working after an automatic update is defective. I’m requesting assistance with this issue, as I believe this should be covered without additional cost.
