My Philips 55PUS8508 Has the Same Software Error Twice

I purchased the Philips Ambilight TV “The One” 55PUS8508/62, trusting the Philips brand, but my television has become unusable after showing the same software error twice within two months—all while still under warranty. In both cases, my TV was sent to the authorized Philips service center in Ankara Keçiören, and each time it was simply returned with the note “software reinstalled.” However, the issue keeps recurring at random times and has never been permanently resolved.
This clearly indicates that the product has a manufacturing defect and should be considered a “faulty product.” Under the Consumer Protection Law, I have the right to request a replacement when the same defect occurs repeatedly, yet both the Philips authorized service and customer support rejected my replacement request and only stated that software was reinstalled.
I have all service records, my invoice, and video/photo evidence showing the recurring issue. My TV is still under warranty. I am requesting that my legally entitled product replacement be completed as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will file a claim with the Consumer Arbitration Board and proceed through official channels. I want this issue resolved urgently.
