I Want Philips to Replace My Faulty TV Panel Without Charging Me

I purchased my Philips 58PUS8507 television from MediaMarkt in August 2023. Even though it is used an average of no more than 2 hours a day, lines began appearing on the screen on their own about a month ago, and it was diagnosed as a panel failure.
When I contacted the authorized service team regarding the issue, I was told that it was indeed a panel failure and that it would be replaced. However, afterward I was informed that I would need to pay for this process, so I refused to hand over the TV. I do not believe a panel failure occurring in such a short period of time and with such light use is due to user error — I think it is a chronic, manufacturer-related defect.
I request that the panel replacement or product replacement be carried out under warranty without charging me any fees, and that my grievance be resolved.
