My Philips 55PUS7304 model television stopped working after the update. Philips directs you to their service team, but the service requires a fee. This is clearly an issue caused by the brand’s own software, not by user error. I even tried resetting the TV multiple times, but nothing worked. I want the issue caused by the update to be fixed free of charge. The brand has made a perfectly working television unusable under the excuse of updating it.
