Defective Philips TV Complaint And Repair Request

I purchased a Philips 50PUS8007-62 model television in September 2023. Shortly after the warranty period expired, white lines began to appear on the screen. This malfunction is not caused by user error. The product has been used with care and in full compliance with the user manual. Despite this, the issue has been examined by multiple independent technical services that I consulted, and it has been clearly reported in writing that the defect is production/panel related and constitutes a hidden defect. In addition, I see that there are similar complaints about the same model, which indicates that this problem is not an isolated case but may be a chronic manufacturing defect. Within this scope, although the problem is clearly of manufacturing origin, Philips and the service demanded a fee of approximately ₺13,000 from me for the repair. I do not accept being charged for a defect that is not due to user error and has been technically identified as a panel/manufacturing defect. In line with my legal rights, I request that my television be repaired free of charge or, if deemed necessary, that the panel be replaced without any cost being reflected to me. My aim is not to prolong the process, but to ensure that this issue is resolved quickly and fairly in line with your brand’s customer satisfaction and quality approach. If you request, I will share the purchase invoice and technical reports with you. I kindly request a written response regarding my complaint as soon as possible.
