Philips 42PFL6198K/12 TV Repeated Motherboard Failure Issue


I'm experiencing a serious problem with my Philips 42PFL6198K/12 TV. Since purchasing the TV, I've experienced motherboard failures almost every year. I've taken it to various authorized service centers 4-5 times so far; first in Osmaniye, and most recently in January 2024 at Büdün Elektronik in Mardin, where the motherboard was replaced. I paid approximately 3,000₺ for this repair, and the motherboard comes with a 6-month warranty. I also have the service receipt and payment documents. During the motherboard replacement, I was given a clear guarantee that "the problem will be completely resolved, and you will never experience this same problem again." However, in September 2025, my TV malfunctioned again. This time, I took it to Ray-El Elektronik in Kahramanmaraş, and they told me the motherboard was faulty again. When I contacted the Philips Authorized Service Center in Mardin, they denied any responsibility and offered no assistance. I would like to point out that this product has a chronic malfunction and I continue to experience the same problem. I request a replacement or a refund. I will fully exercise all my legal rights, including the Consumer Arbitration Board. I want you to stand behind your product and compensate me for the grievance I've experienced.
