Philips XC8049/01 Vacuum Cleaner broke just two weeks after purchase when the claw snapped during vacuuming. I had trusted Philips products for their durability and hoped this one would be better, but I faced the same issue again—every vacuum cleaner's claw seems to break. It's frustrating to see that such a basic part fails so easily. Many users online have reported the same issue, yet nothing seems to change. Despite all the complaints, I still bought it and ended up disappointed. The quality is so poor that it’s not worth the risk. I strongly advise against choosing this vacuum cleaner to avoid becoming a victim like me.
