Philips Aqua Plus Xc8057 Vacuum Showing E5 Error and Not Working
I purchased the Philips Aqua Plus Series xc8057 cordless vacuum cleaner from Media Markt on November 5, 2024 (Invoice No: y172024000024049). About two weeks ago, the device started showing an E5 error, and the body screw clips broke, causing the vacuum to stop working completely. The issue has persisted for two weeks without interruption. Although the product is still under warranty, I had great difficulty reaching Philips customer service. It is nearly impossible to contact them by phone, and I have not received any response to my email inquiry. I did not expect such a lack of support from such a well-known brand. I tried resetting the device to fix the recurring problem, but it didn’t help. I have not yet reached the service center, nor have I made any payments during this process. I request that my product be repaired under warranty or replaced if necessary. I expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

I left it at the Ümraniye Philips authorized service center, and later Ms. Elif from the service called me and stated that the product was repaired under warranty. I thanked her. Later, when the service staff delivered the product, they demanded a repair fee of 1,200 TL in cash. Unfortunately, I had to pay it.
