Lee Cooper Reprocessed My Purchase but Failed to Return My Money

On March 18, I made a purchase totaling $192 at the Lee Cooper Gebze Center store before the holiday period. Shortly afterward, I was contacted by the store and told that there had been a mistake with my transaction. I was asked to return to the store to resolve the issue.

When I went back, I was informed that the products I had purchased needed to be processed as returns. Store employees scanned each item through the register again and told me that the refund would be handled by the accounting department. I was assured that the refund process would be completed and that I could leave the store.

Despite the fact that all products were reprocessed at the register and I was explicitly told that a refund would be issued, no payment has been credited to my account. The holiday period has already passed, and I am still waiting for my money. Furthermore, I have received no updates regarding transaction number 38745 shown on my receipt. Unless I contact the company myself, nobody reaches out to provide information about the status of my refund.

When I attempted to contact customer service, I spent approximately 10 to 15 minutes listening to advertisements and hold music. My call was never answered, and I was unable to reach a representative or obtain any assistance.

I am requesting that the refund of $192 related to my March 18 purchase be deposited into my account immediately. I also expect clear and transparent communication regarding the status of my refund and the steps being taken to resolve this matter.
