I Face a Twisted Leg Defect on My Lee Cooper Marco Slim Straight Jeans

Approximately two years ago, I purchased a pair of Lee Cooper Marco Slim Straight jeans from the Metro store located on Ankara Road in Konya. From the very first day I wore the pants, I noticed that the left leg had a clear twisting issue and appeared visibly misaligned. It became obvious that there was a problem with the garment’s pattern, cut, or manufacturing process. The asymmetrical appearance of the jeans is particularly disturbing to me because I am highly sensitive to visual symmetry, and every time I wear them, the defect negatively affects my perception of the product and the brand.
Although I have worn the jeans occasionally over the past two years, I have never been able to use them comfortably or enjoy wearing them. In my opinion, the quality and workmanship of this product do not meet the standards I would expect from a brand such as Lee Cooper.
At the moment, I am unable to locate my purchase receipt. However, the product’s original labels and model information are still attached and clearly identify it as the Lee Cooper Marco Slim Straight model.
I request that Lee Cooper inspect this pair of jeans for a possible manufacturing, pattern, or cutting defect. If the defect is confirmed, I would like the product to be replaced. If necessary, I am willing to bring the jeans to the store or any designated service location for further examination.
