On August 25, 2023, I picked up my car from the ABC Peugeot dealership and immediately took it to an expert across the street. To my surprise, the car had chassis damage, a repainted right fender, and other issues. Some of the issues were acknowledged by the dealership, and a file was opened. When Peugeot Headquarters contacted me after a week, they stated that they would take the car back, repaint the damaged area, and then pay me based on the percentage of damage. I declined the offer and expressed my desire for a brand-new replacement, and they remained silent. In this case, I am a victim with no end in sight. I can't seem to get my hands on what is rightfully mine. My brand-new car, purchased for 1,000,020 (One Million Twenty) Turkish Lira, arrived damaged, and no effort has been made to resolve the issue, leaving me completely frustrated and powerless.
