Peugeot 3008 Delivery Delays, Lack of Communication, and Their Neglect
It was November 13, 2023, when I sent a deposit to Ankara Peugeot ABC to buy a Peugeot 3008. The full payment was sent on November 27, 2023, with the understanding that I would have the car by December 15, 2023. But when I called Peugeot's main office on December 15, the delivery was pushed back to a later date. I was told the car would arrive no later than December 18, 2023, but no other car was given to me. Today, December 18, I called Peugeot's headquarters again, but all I could get through were secretaries. I was told someone would call me back with more information, but no one did. Ankara Peugeot ABC hasn't even heard anything about it. Mevsime Hanım at Peugeot headquarters didn't want to deal with the problem. She's not the only one to blame; Peugeot headquarters is also to blame for not taking care of customers and communicating with them. I feel bad that I chose Peugeot because I thought it was a good brand. Even if the dealership is a good one, you might want to think twice before buying a car from Peugeot. Customers don't feel valued at Peugeot headquarters, which is a bad reflection on the brand's honesty.
