In November 2022, I purchased a brand-new Peugeot 2008 from Nev Otomotiv. During an inspection in November 2025, I noticed that the right rear door and the upper edge of the right rear door had been painted. When I attempted to sell the vehicle, multiple inspection services reported that the paint thickness was far above normal limits, causing the car to lose value. When I informed the dealership, they told me that Peugeot considered this paint acceptable. However, several other inspection services confirmed the loss in value, and potential buyers significantly lowered their offers because of it. As a result, I am facing a loss due to a procedure carried out without my knowledge on a vehicle I bought brand new. I purchased my car from Nev Otomotiv in November 2022 under customer number 413*****858 and license plate 34 GBC 219, paying ₺850,000. The vehicle’s warranty is now about to expire. I request compensation for the loss in value of my car.
