Lee Cooper Delayed My $28 Refund and Provided No Updates

I purchased a pair of jeans from the Lee Cooper store located in Erzincan Meydan Shopping Mall. On April 16, 2026, I requested a return for the product and was informed that the refund amount of $28 would be credited back to my credit card. However, despite nearly a month having passed since the return request was approved, I have still not received any refund.
Store representatives told me that the delay was caused by an issue within the accounting department and stated that they would notify the relevant office in Istanbul about the matter. Despite these assurances, I have not received any update regarding the status of my refund, nor has the payment been processed.
I am requesting that the refund of $28 be credited to the same credit card used for the purchase without any further delay. I also expect to receive clear information regarding the status of the refund, either in writing or through a direct phone call, so that I can finally have this matter resolved.
