I Face Unauthorized Extra Charge After PetFun4You Tablet Table Order

On February 1, I placed an order through my mobile phone on PetFun4You for a tablet table priced at ₺157. Shortly after, I saw that my credit card had been charged 4.95€ (₺167.29) for the order. When I checked my account more closely, I noticed another completely unauthorized charge from a different site, Ourhobbyfun.com, for 2€ (₺67.66) on the same day.

I never made any purchase from Ourhobbyfun.com, and the fact that my card details appear to have been used without my consent is alarming. After researching PetFun4You online, I discovered multiple consumer complaints about similar unauthorized charges. This made me immediately contact my bank and cancel my credit cards to prevent further withdrawals.

I demand a clear explanation from PetFun4You and a full refund for both the authorized overcharge and the unauthorized transaction. If this matter is not resolved quickly, I will escalate my complaint to consumer protection authorities and take legal action. No company should process charges beyond the agreed purchase price or share customer payment information without explicit consent.
