I Face Repeated Unauthorized Charges from PetFun4You After Orthopedic Pillow Order
On February 4, I placed an order with PetFun4You.com for an orthopedic pillow priced at ₺170, with a total payment of ₺173.87. I expected this to be a one-time purchase, but instead, my card has been repeatedly charged without my consent. On February 7, I was billed ₺293.48; on February 21, ₺298.98; on March 6, ₺307.93; and on March 20, ₺315.71. These charges kept coming even though I have never received the product I originally ordered.
This is clearly an unauthorized billing pattern and a breach of trust. I did not sign up for any subscription or recurring payment, yet my card is being charged every couple of weeks. I demand an immediate full refund for all unauthorized transactions and the cancellation of any account or billing agreement linked to my name.
If PetFun4You fails to resolve this matter promptly, I will escalate the issue to consumer protection authorities and pursue legal action. No company should continue to charge customers without delivering the promised product. I expect a swift resolution and confirmation of my refund.
