I Face Unauthorized Charges and Non-Delivery from PetFun4You Order

About a month ago, I placed an order with PetFun4You and paid ₺160 for a product. Despite the payment being processed, the item never arrived, and I received no shipping confirmation or tracking details. I was already frustrated about the lack of delivery, but today I noticed a new unauthorized charge of ₺290 taken from my account without any notification or consent.
In total, ₺450 has now been withdrawn from my account, yet I have received nothing in return. This is completely unacceptable. I did not authorize any recurring charges, and there is no valid reason for PetFun4You to continue taking money from my account after failing to deliver the original product.
I demand an immediate refund of the full ₺450 and a written explanation for these unauthorized transactions. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant authorities. No company should be allowed to take money without delivering the goods promised.
