On October 1 and October 3, my bank card was charged twice by PetFun4You without my authorization. I had only intended to make a small purchase worth just €2, yet instead, they withdrew approximately ₺3,000 in total. This is a huge overcharge and a completely unauthorized transaction. I never approved such a large payment, and I am shocked that a seller could process such charges without proper verification.
I immediately reviewed my statements to confirm the amounts and can clearly see both charges are far beyond the agreed amount. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the security of their payment system and their ethical practices as a seller.
I demand a full refund of the excess charges and an explanation of how such a significant discrepancy occurred. PetFun4You must act immediately to return my money and ensure this does not happen again to me or any other customer. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to consumer protection and legal authorities.
