I Face Two Unauthorized Charges from PetFun4You and Demand Full Refund

I recently discovered two unauthorized transactions on my credit card from PetFun4You, a company I do not recall ever purchasing from. On January 11, 2024, an amount of ₺169.11 was withdrawn, followed by another charge of ₺289.37 on January 14, 2024. I have no record of placing any orders with this site, and I have not received any products or order confirmations from them.

If I did make a purchase through their platform—whether knowingly or unknowingly—I expect them to provide full transaction details, including order history, receipts, and proof of my authorization. Otherwise, these withdrawals are completely unauthorized and unacceptable.

I demand an immediate refund of the total ₺458.48 and assurance that no further charges will occur. If PetFun4You fails to address this issue promptly, I will escalate my complaint to my bank, consumer protection authorities, and all relevant legal bodies. Unauthorized charges are a serious breach of trust and should not go unpunished.
