After researching PetFun4You online, I found numerous warnings and negative reviews describing it as an unreliable and untrustworthy website. This makes me even more concerned about how they obtained my card information and why they charged me without consent.
I demand the immediate refund of the full ₺294.29 and written confirmation that no further charges will be made. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to consumer protection authorities and pursue legal action.
