I Face Unauthorized ₺294.29 Charge from PetFun4You and Demand Immediate Refund

I recently discovered that ₺294.29 was withdrawn from my credit card by PetFun4You without my knowledge or authorization. I have never approved this payment, nor did I make any purchase from this company at the time the transaction occurred. As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted my bank to file a complaint, and they have confirmed that the matter is now under investigation.

After researching PetFun4You online, I found numerous warnings and negative reviews describing it as an unreliable and untrustworthy website. This makes me even more concerned about how they obtained my card information and why they charged me without consent.

I demand the immediate refund of the full ₺294.29 and written confirmation that no further charges will be made. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to consumer protection authorities and pursue legal action. Companies engaging in unauthorized transactions should be held fully accountable.
