I Face Non-Delivery Issue with PetFun4You Orthopedic Pillow Order and Demand Refund

On February 5, I purchased an orthopedic pillow from PetFun4You for ₺157. However, when I checked my credit card statement, I saw that I was actually charged ₺173.90. I initially assumed the difference was due to shipping fees, but no tracking information or shipping confirmation was ever provided. Weeks have passed, and I have not received the product I paid for.

There has been no communication from the company regarding my order, and I have not been offered a refund. This lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable. I trusted this platform with my payment, but instead, I am left without the product and without my money.

I demand that PetFun4You immediately process a full refund for the unauthorized overcharge and the undelivered product. If they fail to act promptly, I will file an official complaint with consumer protection authorities and consider legal action. I am sharing this experience so others are warned before making any purchases from this company.
