Disappointing Customer Service Experience With PetFlow
Last week, I had an incredibly frustrating experience with PetFlow that I simply must share with you. Despite my long-standing loyalty as a customer, I faced significant challenges with my latest prescription food order. I was left waiting for the delivery that was promised, but it never showed up. When I sought assistance, I experienced frustratingly long wait times and received unhelpful responses. I am very disappointed with this experience and have significant concerns about the service's dependability. Due to their lack of concern, my pet had to wait longer than necessary. I have also felt disheartened and downcast during this process. I have no intention of ever choosing this brand again.
