PetFlow Lost My Free Shipping Order!
Last week, I made a purchase of dog food from PetFlow. For a while, I had been loyal to another brand. However, after a friend's suggestion, I thought it was worth giving this brand a shot. Choosing the free shipping option, I didn't have any issue with waiting a few extra days for the delivery. Unfortunately, my order, which was supposed to be delivered on February 3rd, has not yet arrived. The tracking number indicates that the package is currently being delivered, yet its location remains uncertain. I am not satisfied with my initial purchase from them. Opting for free shipping shouldn't result in prolonged customer waiting times. Never again.
