I keep getting my PetFlow boxes regularly but need to take a break once or twice as I'll be away. How do I cancel or pause my auto-ship subscription?

To temporarily suspend your PetFlow auto-ship subscription while you're away, you can follow these instructions:

Sign in to your PetFlow account.
Hover your mouse over the "My Auto-Ship" button in the upper right corner of your screen.
Select "Cancel My Program," which will present you with the option to pause your subscription.
Now, to initiate the pause:

After clicking the "Pause My Subscription" button, you'll be asked to specify the duration for which you want to pause your program. You can choose a pause period ranging from 2 to 16 weeks.

Once you've paused your program, a notification will appear on your screen, confirming that your subscription has been temporarily halted for the chosen period. Additionally, you'll receive an email confirming the pause.

Your forthcoming shipment notifications will still be sent to you approximately one week before your scheduled shipping date.
