PetSmart Took My Payment But Never Shipped My Order

I placed an order through PetSmart, and my payment was processed successfully, but my item was never shipped.

Despite calling and messaging customer service repeatedly, I have received no response whatsoever, and all communication attempts remain completely ignored.

I demand an immediate resolution to this issue through either the prompt shipment of my order or a full refund. Placing my trust in PetSmart has resulted in complete disappointment, and I expect swift action to resolve this matter.
