Damaged Goody Cat Food Cans from Pet Smart – Poor Customer Service



I placed an order on Pet Smart, which included 20 cans of Goody cat food (Order No: 358IM3829U). The package arrived yesterday, and while the outer box was intact, when I opened it this morning, I discovered that several cans had burst and spilled onto the others. I had to wash each can individually. I then contacted Pet Smart, and at first, they promised to replace the damaged items. However, shortly after, a representative rudely questioned why I even accepted the delivery. She yelled at me, didn’t listen, and kept interrupting, so I eventually hung up. Their lack of respect made me decide to request a full return. Now, they’re avoiding my request, refusing to provide the return code or shipping information needed for the refund. Pet Smart, please address this unprofessional behavior and process my return immediately.
