PetSmart Charged My Credit Card $30 but Failed to Ship Order 672CI8358O
On August 21, 2025, I placed an order on the PetSmart website for 40 units of Goody Lamb Adult Canned Dog Food (400g) and paid $30 using my credit card (Order No: 672CI8358O). Although six days have passed since placing the order, my items have still not been shipped. My designated delivery address is in Lüleburgaz, Kırklareli.
Throughout this process, I have been completely unable to reach PetSmart because their phone line is constantly busy. Furthermore, I have received no response whatsoever to the messages I sent via WhatsApp or email. It has been impossible to establish any communication with customer service.
Because my order has not been shipped and I have received no response from support, I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund of $30 to my original payment method. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
