Touch ’n Go EWallet Charged By Hong Kong QuXin Technology
On 6 June 2026 at around 9:18 a.m., an amount of RM18 was automatically deducted from my Touch ‘n Go eWallet for a transaction described as “1149- anxiety test” by Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited. I have never visited this website, never used any such service and never authorised this transaction in any way. This is the first time such an unauthorized deduction has happened on my Touch ‘n Go eWallet, and it is very concerning that a payment could go through without my knowledge or consent. I request a full refund of the RM18 that was deducted and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment that may be linked to this transaction, so that no further unauthorized deductions can occur. I also ask for this incident to be investigated and for clarification on how my eWallet was charged without my authorization.
