Request Refund For Unauthorized Charge - Hong Kong Quxin Technology

I am filing a complaint against Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited regarding an unauthorized charge that appeared after I took an IQ/personality test accessed through a social media ad link. I only intended to take the test and was not informed of any payment, subscription, or fee at any point before or after completing it, yet I was still charged. On May 21, 2026 at around 9:09 PM, an amount of Php 250.00 was deducted from my Maya wallet without my consent. The transaction appears under Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited with Reference ID F1157BAF4191. This charge appeared completely without warning, and I did not agree to any payment or subscription related to this test. I have already reported this issue to Maya and I am currently waiting for their response, but so far I have been waiting for 9 days with no reply or resolution. I find it very concerning that a simple IQ/personality test accessed through a social media ad can result in an immediate, unauthorized deduction from my wallet. I request that this unauthorized charge of Php 250.00 be fully refunded to my Maya wallet and that any possible subscription or recurring payment linked to this transaction be cancelled immediately. I also request that this issue be investigated so that other users are not charged without clear and explicit consent.
