I bought a Pegasus Airlines ticket for 1200 TL, kept it open, and changed it to the following day for 750 TL. I'm not sure if this is a scam or what, but they didn't give me back the money for the difference in price. When I asked about a refund, they said they couldn't give me one. I intend to lodge a formal complaint with the relevant consumer watchdog. Is there a rule or law that addresses this? It's a disgrace, and you shouldn't do business with them. If you must fly, I recommend Turkish Airlines or AnadoluJet so that you can rest easy.
