Pegasus Ticket Refund Issue. My Refund Hasn't Been Processed

On May 31, 2024, I exchanged a ticket I purchased for ₺1300 for another ticket dated May 28, 2024, costing ₺650. When I called customer service, they informed me that I would receive a refund of ₺1200, which would be credited to my card within 3 to 5 days. However, this refund has not been processed. When I contacted customer service again, they said the refund was not visible and would not be issued. I request that my refund be processed as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will not fly with Pegasus again.
